Services

We provide residential and commercial roofing services in the areas we serve. Estimates are subject to on-site inspection. Written proposals, contracts, and manufacturer warranties govern specific projects where applicable.

Communications & consent to contact

By submitting a quote request or otherwise providing your phone number or email, you agree that Carrillo Roofing LLC and our authorized representatives may contact you by telephone and email regarding your inquiry, estimate, scheduling, active projects, billing, warranties, and customer service.

Text messages (SMS/MMS) are sent only if you separately opt in on our website—for example by checking one or both optional SMS consent boxes on our contact or quote form. SMS consent is not required to submit a form or purchase services.

How you may opt in: SMS consent is collected only through optional checkboxes on our website contact and quote forms. We do not use paper forms, verbal-only consent, or other offline methods for SMS program enrollment.

You represent that the phone number you provide is your own (or that you have authority to provide it) and that you are authorized to receive calls and texts at that number.

Mobile Terms of Service (SMS/MMS)

These Mobile Terms apply to the Carrillo Roofing LLC text messaging program operated by Carrillo Roofing LLC. By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Mobile Terms in addition to our general Terms and Privacy Policy.

Program description

Carrillo Roofing LLC operates two optional SMS programs, each requiring separate consent on our website:

• Service updates: service-related text messages including roofing quotes, appointment scheduling, and project updates.
• Promotional messages: promotional and marketing text messages including special offers, seasonal reminders, and company news.

You may opt in to one, both, or neither program. Messages may include appointment reminders, estimate follow-ups, job status updates, responses to your questions, and—if you opt in separately—offers and company news.

Opt-out instructions

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we may send one final confirmation message. Opting out of SMS does not opt you out of phone or email communications where permitted by law.

Message frequency varies depending on your project and communications with us. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Carrier liability disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS/MMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless provider and network coverage. We are not responsible for messages that are delayed, blocked, or not received due to carrier or device issues outside our control.

Privacy & mobile numbers

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own SMS marketing purposes. Consent

Consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Carrillo Roofing LLC. You must be the account holder or have permission from the account holder for the mobile number you provide.
